A couple weeks ago I went to Farmer Brown for their Sunday brunch buffet expecting to love it and I have to say I was a bit dissatisfied with the experience. As much as I wanted to love the place because of the restaurants commitment to supporting local and african-american farmers, using organic, biodynamic, and/or sustainably raised foods, I didn't find the brunch menu farm fresh. They didn't actually serve anything that was raised on a farm. Well, there was fried chicken and bacon so that could of been from a farm but there wasn't any greens. I really liked the ambiance and the drinks so I will give it one more shot. My first visit left me a little grim; hence, the not lively picture.
